Hencharl Strauss

BIJL founder Hencharl Strauss brings years of theoretical and practical industry experience to a vision for South Africa’s manufacturing capabilities. 

Over his career managing the National Laser /  Photonics Centre and leading research groups, Dr Strauss has contributed to Africa’s core technologies across industries, helping to build a future of agency, innovation and initiative.
